Middle School Track Rule

   1.   No foul language, alcohol, tobacco, or any other illegal activities

2. Be respectful to everyone at all time, no exceptions
    

3. Must keep the school minimum required GPS (1.67)
    

4. On the bus trips, must keep all body parts inside the bus.
    

5. On meet days, team members are required to dress up.  (nice clothes, or team uniform shirt only)
    

6. Remember to have fun, but keep horseplay at a minimum, we can’t have any injuries.
    

7. Missing a day of practice counts as one strike.  Any other serious misbehavior will be counted as a strike also.

One Strike – Verbal Warning

Two Strikes – Push ups and Sit ups and Suicides/Running

Three Strikes – Miss one meet

Four Strikes – Miss three meets

Five Strikes – Turn in uniforE

8. Give 110% at practices and 150% at meets
    

9. Practice will start 20 minutes after school gets out.
    

10. We will shoot for hour and a half practices.  (4:30)
     

11. Anything that comes up in practice I will tell the kids and if it is of great importance I will send a letter home.
     

12.  If you want a parent Release Form for an away meet, that must be turned into me at least 24 hours before the meet.  Because it must be signed by the A.D and myself. or it is not valid.  All forms given to me the day of a meet is no good.  Thank you for all your cooperation.  (ATHLETIC DEPT.
